TripShot came to us with a brand and website they knew had taken them as far as they could. As a B2B SaaS company that works with large, traditional transit organizations, TripShot’s livelihood depended on having a brand that felt trust-worthy and future-facing, with a website that could clearly articulate their myriad products and benefits. The result was a TripShot brand built from the ground up to stand apart from competitors in the transportation management industry, with a voice that was trust-inspiring with enough personality to smooth the hard edges of technical talk. The website we built helped transform TripShot from a company whose sales team relied on purpose-build PDFs to being able to point potential customers to a central site designed to make the journey from the top of the funnel to in-person demo as fast and easy as possible. TripShot was acquired after two years of rapid growth following the website launch, we can’t say for certain that it was entirely due to our work, but we can think it.
